Principal Responsibilities:
- Participate in the requirements analysis and design for software applications or sub-components, coding or maintaining software applications or sub-components from specifications, following the established software development process.
- Create appropriate process artifacts including requirements documentation, design documentation, and test plans.
- Test applications as identified in the development methodology, and create necessary documentation.
- Take direction from Project Manager and may lead and direct work of others on project specifications, and at times, prepare schedule and budget and manage to them.
Required Skills, Attributes and Experience:
The desired candidate(s) will have expertise in two or more of the following technology areas:

- Web development, including JavaScript, JSP, HTML, XML
- Java, EXT JS 4.0
- Spring, MVC
- Hibernate
- Struts
- Ruby on Rails
- GRAILS
- Ozone, Ozone Fuze
- Widgets
- Automated testing, JUnit
- Ant, JBuilder
- Knowledge of IDE (integrated development environment)
The candidate must meet the follwing requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline, or an advanced degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Three to 15 years software development experience
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- US Citizenship
